Darryl's Bio

Darryl Keeler is the Founder and Executive Chairman of Tech Systems, Inc. (TSi), where he has served in leadership since joining the company in 1989. Over more than three decades, Darryl transformed TSi from a small Atlanta-based integrator into a national, 100 percent employee-owned organization known for fanatical customer service and guaranteed functionality. He pioneered the company’s F.O.C.U.S. service model and guided TSi to achieve ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 certifications, strengthening the company’s leadership in quality, information security, and responsible AI management.

In 2015, Darryl transitioned TSi to full employee ownership, ensuring long-term stability for clients and empowering employee-owners to drive the company’s future. As Executive Chairman, he continues to shape TSi’s strategic direction, mentor emerging leaders, and champion the Evergreen philosophy that guides the company’s culture and long-term success.

Wayne's Bio

Wayne Smith is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Tech Systems, Inc. (TSi), where he leads the company’s strategic direction, national operations, and long-term growth initiatives. Wayne joined TSi in 2006, became President in 2015, and now serves as President and CEO. He brings more than 30 years of experience in security operations, information technology, and organizational leadership.

Before joining TSi, Wayne held senior security and technology roles with Synovus Financial Corporation and Total System Services, and he began his career as a Military Police Officer in the United States Army. He holds multiple globally recognized security certifications, including CISSP and CISM, and earned both a Bachelor’s degree from Columbus State University and an MBA from Kennesaw State University.

Wayne is known for his steady leadership style, commitment to operational excellence, and dedication to TSi’s employee-owned culture. As President and CEO, he remains focused on strengthening customer partnerships, advancing security innovation, and supporting the long-term success of TSi’s employee-owners.
