As we’ve expanded our offerings and the markets we serve, our commitment to quality has remained. In order to ensure our clients receive consistency in the quality of our services regardless of location or type of facility, we pursued and achieved our ISO 9001 Certification in 2007.
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized standard for quality management systems developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). This standard emphasizes a focus on clients’ needs and satisfaction, as well as managerial oversight and a continual process of review and improvement. ISO 9001 is recognized by more than 150 countries as the authority on quality systems.

TSi meets ISO 9001 standards in every facet of our business: the design, integration and ongoing support of enterprise security systems for liability prevention and asset protection.
Earning this certification initially requires a year of planning, followed by several months of assessments and audits by a registered ISO auditing firm, which examines and documents TSi’ procedures, records, measurements against objectives, continuous improvement actions and overall operations.
Throughout the years, we have implemented numerous improvements and enhancements to our Quality Management System. This has allowed us to stay true to our commitments to our clients, including Guaranteed Onsite Response, Guaranteed 100% Functionality and Providing Preventative Maintenance.
In 2015, we recertified to continue our quest of becoming the best security integrator. As a service centric organization, ISO-9001 certification ensures our clients’ expectations are met. By submitting to ongoing evaluations in areas of quality management and continuous improvement, we hold ourselves to a higher level of scrutiny than other companies in the security industry.
All Security Integrators talk about their great customer service but how many can really back it up? It is a rarity in the security industry for a service provider to undergo ISO 9001 Certification. TSi Securing the Physical Location Plus Your Data
Not only is TSi committed to securing your physical location but they are committed to your cyber security data as well. Cyber security is becoming just as integral to a physical security program as card readers and cameras. TSi has chosen to pursue the ISO-27001 Certification as a way to establish and enforce proper cyber hygiene within our company. This means they are prepared to handle their clients’ systems and information with the utmost integrity and caution. TSi has now officially received their designation as an ISO-27001 Certified Organization. They continue to lead the industry with the highest level of service and professionalism.
This ISO-27001 Certification applies to the international standard that describes the best practices for an information security management system (ISMS). This ISO family of standards ensures the secure management of financial information, intellectual property, employee details or information entrusted to you by third parties. This is just another exciting milestone in the history of TSi.
The process involved a rigorous audit entailing thorough interviews with Administration, Security Operations Center (SOC), Quality Assurance, Human Resources and Finance, as well as investigation of risk management, physical security, access controls, and security best practices. TSi’ ISMS successfully met all logical, process, physical and management controls to achieve compliance with the standard.
