F.O.C.U.S.™ Support Services provides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week unconditional support. This means a guaranteed on-site response time and 100% functionality upon completion of your call or we pay you!
Most companies in the security industry are driven by service calls – the more calls they receive, the more they can bill their customers.
Our F.O.C.U.S.™ at TSi is very different. For starters, we’ve already negotiated an annual agreement with your company, which means the cost to keep your system functional is the same no matter how many times we visit your facilities. No additional invoices or hidden charges – one invoice, one price, for one year end of story.
In addition, we’re committed to keeping your system whole instead of repairing it when things break down. Our team of certified, knowledgeable professionals is predictive and proactive about managing your systems. This keeps critical issues less likely to occur and lessens your company’s security risk.
Lightning strikes can create havoc on the functionality and reliability of your security system. Under our TSi F.O.C.U.S.™ agreement, you are guaranteed response time and 100% functionality of your system upon completion of your first call. If for some reason we fail to provide either of those benefits, we’ll pay you! (It doesn’t happen very often!)
