As the sole owner of TSi, Darryl Keeler wanted to provide an option where our clients and employees could continue to rely on our F.O.C.U.S.™. philosophy and fanatical customer service business model for many years to come.
Each employee-owner has the authority to make decisions without having to answer to profit-focused shareholders. It is in every employee-owner’s best interest to exceed client expectations to ensure the longevity of their company.
Our ESOP was formed with a strong foundation of entrepreneurial spirit and a culture predicated on fanatical customer service. In addition, our employee-owners have gone as far as to recruit their closest friends and family members to the TSi Team. TSi is a proven reliable and rewarding place to work that was built to last and is here to stay.
In July of 2015, TSi CEO Darryl Keeler made a defining decision, not just for the company, but for every person who helped build it. By transitioning TSi to a 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), he ensured that the people who are TSi would also own TSi. It was a visionary move to align ownership with those who live out our culture of extraordinary customer service every single day.
Being employee owned means every person at TSi has a real stake in our success. It means shared accountability, long-term thinking, and a deeper commitment to doing the right thing, because we don’t just work here, we own it. And that pride of ownership is reflected in everything we do, especially in how we show up for our clients.
